This is a demco DA-66B. Brake actuator. It is set up for drum, can I convert it to disc?

The Replacement Master Cylinder # DM5918 can be installed on your Demco DA66B surge brake actuator to convert it to work with disc brakes. This includes an electric lockout actuator to prevent the brakes from actuating in reverse.
