The 7-Pole and 4-Pole Trailer Connector Sockets w/ Mounting Bracket and Wiring # HM40975-11998 is the connector you saw in the video linked below. This has the connector with a 4-way flat and 7-way blade style trailer connector. The other end would be hardwired to your 1999 Dodge Ram.
