Let's start with the shackle kit for your 2020 Grand Design Solitude 310GK, and for that use the MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kit for Tandem Axle Trailers - 2-1/4" Long Shackle Straps # MR46ZR.

As for the leaf spring, we don't have any way of knowing which one you need, so you'll have to measure your current leaf springs from center-to-center of the spring eyes, and you also need to know the weight rating of your axle, though from what I can tell you have 7,000 lb axles (please verify that). You can find the right one based off that, and keep in mind you want the new leaf spring to be slightly shorter than your current spring as they flatten a bit over time. So for example, if your current spring was 24-1/2" center-to-center you could use the 6-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 7,000-lb Trailer Axles - 24-7/8" Long # e64SR.
