im figuring out whats leaking on my dexter #20 disc break surge , i see the replacement fluid tank , mine is metal and rusty, is the new one plastic?

The Replacement Master Cylinder for Dexter Model 10 and 20 Actuators part # T4747100 is cast, made of pot metal. The only part that's plastic is the cap, the body is metal. It should not rust so long as the outer body is protected with paint and the internals sealed off from water.
