Troubleshooting Drivers Side Tail Running Light Not Working On a Utility Trailer
Question:
I have a 7 pin connector on my utility trailer. All my lights work perfectly with the exception of the drivers side tail running light. Any suggestions? Thanks.

As all your other lights are working correctly either you have a damaged bulb or the wire for the running light became damaged between any side marker lights and your rear tail light. You can inspect the bulb as it will have 2 filaments, one for tail/brake light and the other for the running light. A Test Light # PTW2993 can also be used to check for power on the wiring going into the tail light and if the wire is not getting power you can follow it up the trailer to determine where power stops on the harness.
