Replacement RV Stereo Solution for Jensen AWM970
Question:
I have am AWM970 and the dvd player no longer words did all the troubleshooting but it needs replaced. I have read conflicting information on which replacemt to use, the JWM60A or the JWM62A. I need to get as close to plug and play as possible as my wiring skills leave something to be desired. What do you suggest and why?

We don't have any plug and play options that will work to replace your Jensen AWM970 as everything we offer will require splicing.
The AWM970 had two connectors, a 12 pin and a 4 pin where the # JWM60A has 19 wires in its connector.
To install the new harness you will need to match the functions for shown in the two included wiring diagrams, and importantly go one wire at a time so that nothing gets mixed up.
I went ahead and included a video of the # JWM60A being installed for you to take a look at.
