Suspension Upgrade for 2011 Jayco Jay Flight 22FB
Question:
I own a 2011 Jayco Jay Flight 22FB. How do I the correct suspension upgrade that would fit my trailer? Also, what parts and supplies are necessary or recommended to lubricate the ball bearing/wheels?

The short answer to your first question is you will need to take some measurements. I'm not entirely sure what upgrades you want to make to your 2011 Jayco Jay Flight 22FB, but I'm assuming you mean something like upgraded equalizers. In order to choose the correct equalizer you will need to measure what you have now.
For example, I have the Dexter E-Z Flex Suspension Kit # K71-652-00 on my Jayco Jay Feather which you can see in the installation video below. I had a fairly standard Dexter equalizer that matched the 5-3/4" and 2" measurement found on the E-Z flex.
If this matches the measurements on your Jay Flight 22FB then it would be the best option. If you have different measurements, you want to choose the option that is the closest match. If you can let me know the distance between the outer shackle bolt holes and the height of the side bolt hole to hanger bolt hole I can help you find the best fit.
If you only want to upgrade to wet bolts and add heavy duty shackles, I recommend the MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kit for Tandem Axle Trailers. To find the right kit you will need to measure from center hole to center hole on your existing shackles. If you have 2-1/4" shackle straps you need the # MR46ZR and for 3-1/8" the # MR76ZR. If you get the Dexter E-Z flex it comes with upgraded shackles and wet bolts. Some other options like the # MR87ZR do not so I would add this on if it isn't already included.
For bearing packing you will need new grease like the # L11390. You can pack your bearings by hand or use a bearing packer like the # PTW1218. If you have E-Z lube axles with the grease zerk on the end you can use the # L30200 to add grease once you repack your bearings.
I have attached some review and installation videos, along with a video on how to pack your bearings for your reference.
