How to Gain 5th Wheel Hitch Clearance with B&W Gooseneck Hitch Installed on a 2016 Ram Truck

Hi, I have a 2016 ram mega cab with a BandW turnover ball installed. I just purchased a 2019 genesis supreme 32cr toy hauler. Im looking for a gooseneck adapter that would allow the most turning radius. Can you help me with this? I cant find the Model number on the pin box. It is a Lippert but I dont know what model.

With your current setup I have 2 different recommendations to help you gain clearance: you can use the sliding B&W Companion # BWRVK3400-5W or you can use an adapter like the Convert-A-Ball # CAB-C5GX1216 along with the B&W Offset Ball # BWGNXA4085.

The Companion installs directly to the gooseneck hitch and offers 12" of clearance, while the Convert-A-Ball installs on your Lippert pin box and offers 7-1/2" of clearance (11-1/2" when combined with the offset ball).

I personally like the Companion option more because you get the quality comfort built into the hitch as opposed to the gooseneck hitch ball connection.
