For your 2023 Ford F-350 that has the OEM rail kit we have the B and W Gooseneck ball part # BGNXA2061 that I like the most as it has a release mechanism/handle that allows you to remove it from your truck bed without having to get grease on your hands.

If for some reason you didn't have the OEM rail kit the B and W Turnoverball part # BW73FR is a confirmed fit and would be a great option.
