The upper holes for the Buyers Products 45 Ton 4-Hole Air Compensated Pintle Hook # 337P45AC4 are spaced 5-1/4" on center. The lower holes are spaced 6-1/2" on center. The distance from the upper holes to lower holes are spaced 3" on center. I have included an image with all the measurements for this below.
