Troubleshooting a Thule Hullavator That the Bolts Will Not Reach the Square Nuts in a Thule Wingbar
Question:
I am trying to fit the Thule Hullavator pro to Thulae wingbars but the bolts that should attach to the square fixing nuts are too short to connect with the nuts in the bar. This question was asked before and you referenced a fitting video. Could you send me the link to that please? Thank you

The Thule Hullavator Pro # TH898 comes with 2 different length bolts (35mm and 37mm). Thule Wingbar's need the 37mm bolt, if you are using the 35mm bolt then it would be a little too short.
We do not have a video that goes very in-depth on the t-slot installation process. But, I have attached a video that lightly touches on it starting at the 9:40 mark. I have also included a couple pictures from the instruction manual that may help you out.
