Can Cushioning Be Added To A MORryde You Turn Pin Box
Question:
Hello. I have a MORryde you turn pin box is there an attachment to add the cushion to this unit. I have a short bed truck and love not having a sliding hitch.

MOryde's pin box cushioning wouldn't work with a rotating pin box like their You Turn line since the wear pads would constantly be engaging every time you went to make a turn and would delay the pin box from rotating since there would be slack to go through before the force would start pulling the pin box to either side.
The only cushioning you'll see for rotating pin box is typically going to be an air spring inside the pin box to help deal with up and down motion, like part # RP61412 has. If you wanted to switch to an upgraded rotating pin box you would need to first determine your bolt pattern in order to find a compatible replacement. If this is something you want I recommend following the steps listed in the attached article below to determine your bolt pattern.
