For your cargo trailer with a 94" wide door that weighs about 140lbs you'll need to go with the Conventional Ramp Door Spring # 362SA8207.
This is designed for doors your size, and has a 150lb capacity which will be perfect for your door weight. I personally like the dual spring setup like this as opposed to the single spring option that way if a spring ever breaks you still have the other side to keep the door from just crashing down.
I'll say that the tension these springs are under is insane, and if you're not familiar with working with these you really should have a garage door company come out an install it as it can cause serious injury if done wrong.
