Will the SR7011 fit a 2016 Subaru Forester with factory rails and OEM aero bars?

Yes, the SportRack # SR7011 will fit the OEM crossbars and factory rails on your 2016 Subaru Forester, as it's designed to fit most factory crossbars.
However this box is pretty long so it's possible you'll need to position it forward to allow you to open up the rear hatch, and even then they may hit. Similar length boxes require a gap of 12" or so from the rear crossbar to the hatch/roof gap for clearance, so if you can get that much space or more you should be ok. Sportrack doesn't give these measurements for their box so I don't have exacts.
