Opening and Closing Malone AirFlow2 Feet for Installation on a 2017 Jeep Cherokee

Hello, One of the feet on my rack spring doesnt work. Which causes the feet not to open up fully. What should I do about it? Thank you

The Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack # MPG215 you purchased for your 2017 Jeep Cherokee doesn't use any springs. If you unlock the cap and pull it out there is a bolt that you loosen up and then tighten around the raised rails on your Jeep.
If there is a specific part of the roof rack that isn't working properly feel free to send in a photo of that part and I can help you take a closer look at it.
