Will The Firestone Air Bag Helper Springs Fit With Hellwig Helper Springs On a 2017 Toyota Tundra?
Question:
I have the Hellwig 990 helper springs already installed on my 2017 Toyota tundra will it help or hurt to add the fire stone airbag to my suspension?

You will not be able to install the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2445 on your 2017 Toyota Tundra unless you removed the Hellwig helper springs. The air springs mount on top of the leaf spring pack where the helper spring also mount which would cause the lower mounting bracket to not fit correctly.
Personally I feel the Firestone air helper springs will give you a much better ride quality than the Hellwig springs. They will allow you to easily change the air pressure for light loads and for heavy loads. This allows you to reduce sag while also being able to find the ride quality you feel is best. A Compressor Kit # AL58WQ will allow you to make these adjustments while you drive. This particular compressor has a smart manifold which allows you to use your smart phone for adjustments and will also make changes to your air pressure automatically while you drive if the pressure changes by more than 3psi. This allows you to keep your attention on the road and not checking a gauge or monitor.
