What would be the best combo for a 12 ft paddle board on my two door civic? and in the future I might be carrying an additional paddle board as well.

I believe I have the best possible roof rack and board carrier combination for your 2010 Honda Civic 2 door.
For a roof rack check out the Thule Aeroblade Roof Rack that consists of the following parts.
Thule AeroBlade Load Bars # TH711420
Thule Rapid Traverse Foot Pack # TH480R
Thule Fit Kit # THKIT1557
The Aeroblade crossbars are the nicest on the market because of how little drag and noise they make on vehicles. Basically you will have the lowest amount of wind noise and gas mileage reduction with this rack when compared to other roof racks.
For a carrier to carry your 12 foot paddle board I would recommend you get the Thule SUP Taxi Stand-Up Paddleboard Carrier # TH810001. This carrier would do an excellent job carrying your paddle board, can carry up to two paddle boards and is specifically designed to work with the roof rack I recommended. Check out the review video I attached for this carrier as well.
