Replacement Trailer Connector For Motorhome Which Will Allow Use of 7-Way & 4-Way Trailer Connector
Question:
When I plug in my Roadmaster 7 pin to my motorhome, I lose the turn signals on my auxiliary light bar on my tow car. The turn signals on the tow car work as do the brake lights on the auxiliary light bar. I need the auxiliary light bar because the bike rack covers the tow car lights. Is there an adapter that I can plug into the 7 pin that will also allow me to plug in the light bar which is 4 pins?

Expert Reply:
If the 7-way on your motorhome uses the USCAR type connector you will be able to simply remove your 7-way and install the Multi-Tow 7-Way and 4-Way Trailer Connector # 30955. This will allow you to connect to both a 7-way blade and 4-way flat at the same time. If you do not have this connector you can splice on a USCAR Pigtail # 20147 to be able to use the above connector.
