What you'd need is a 7-way socket like the part # HM48480 that you'd run to the battery you want to power your running lights. You'll need to connect this 7-way to the running lights and ground circuit so that when it is plugged in the running lights would come on. The running light circuit will be the pin in the 10:00 position of the 7-way as your looking at the front of it and the ground circuit is in the 7:00 pin.
