Troubleshooting Curt T-Connector Wiring Installation on a 2022 Ford Bronco Badlands

Question:

2022 Ford Bronco 2dr Badlands. After installing the Curt 4pin harness my 4pin to 7way adaptor isnt working. All tow vehicle tailights and turn signals are fine but running and brake lights, and turn signals to trailer are not. Power to trailer works. 4 to 7 adapter grounded at frame. I did sand prior to grounding. Any ideas?

It sounds like something is wrong with the Curt T-Connector # C42WR you've installed on your 2022 Ford Bronco.

To start off checking you'll want to look at the 12V power connection and the ground connection. Make sure there is power getting from the battery to the convert box and that your ground is securely connected to a clean, bare-metal surface. Also make sure the wiring is in good shape without any bends or exposed wiring.

If all of that looks good then the next step is to test the wiring going into and coming out of the converter bot. My guess is that the power is going into the box but not going out. This either means the 12V power wire isn't working properly or the converter box is bad and you'll want to pursue a warranty replacement.
