Can this be angled like the Rhino Racks T-Loader for rooftopping larger kayaks? Im looking to potentially rooftop carry a 13foot 36inch wide Crescent Crew on a Silverado 1500 with RSI SmartFTP topper and bars.

The Malone Load Extender part # MAL32VR that you referenced does not have ability to angle back like the Rhino Rack T-Load part # RTL002 has so your best option would be to go with the Rhino Rack.
