Recommended Trailer Hitch And E-Bike Rated Bike Rack For A 2021 Heartland Torque 371 5th Wheel

I have a 2021 Heartland Torque 371 5th wheel toy hauler. Is there a trailer hitch that works on this RV that can carry 2 e-bikes +/- 120-150 lbs total?

For this amount of weight you won't be able to use a bumper mounted hitch and will instead need an adjustable trailer hitch receiver that will mount between the frame beams of the trailer. To find the correct one you'll need to measure the distance between the frame beams, this is called your frame width.

For example, the Curt Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs # 13703 fits frame widths 22" to 72" wide. It's one with the largest frame width compatibility but has a lower tongue weight and towing capacity at 350lbs TW and 3,500lbs GTW. If you could get me the frame width I could see if there was a higher capacity that fits the trailer.

Once you have a trailer hitch you'll need to find a bike rack rated for use on a 5th wheel trailer and has a high enough weight capacity for the e-bikes. The highest rated option we currently offer is the Hollywood Racks RV Rider # HLY64FR at 80lbs per bike.
