Recommended Cushioned Equalizer And Wet Bolts For a Equalizer 6 Inches Wide and 4-1/4 Inches Tall
Question:
Wanting to put a Dexter EX-Flex suspension kit on my tandem axle boat trailer with a 33 inch spread between axles. The original hanger is 6 inches wide center to center of the bottom bolts, and 4 1/4inch from top mounting hole to center to center line of the bottom holes. Does Dexter make a EX-Flex kit that would replace the original hardware?

Your best option is going to be using the Road Armor Shock Absorbing Equalizer Kit # LC696740. This equalizer has the same 6" on center with for the shackle bolt holes and is 3-1/2" from the center of the pivot bolt to the center line of the shackle bolts. The Dexter E-Z Flex Suspension Kit # K71-652-00 which is designed for your 33" axle spread is only going to be available with a height of 2" from centerline of shackle bolt holes to center of pivot bolt. It is also only 5-3/4" wide between shackle bolt mounting holes.
The MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kit # MR46ZR is going to upgrade you to wet bolts that will work with the Road Armor Equalizer. This kit includes 2-1/4" long shackles measured from center of bolt hole to center of bolt hole. If your current shackles are longer this will help account for the difference in height from your current equalizer to the Road Armor. If they are the same length as your current shackles they will still operate correctly but you may notice a slightly lower ride height.
