Helpful Expert Reply:
The BulletProof Hitches 2-Ball Mount # HD254 is 3-1/2" wide from the outside of the channel to outside of channel. I have included an image showing you where I measured this.
We do have the InfiniteRule Locking Pins # 34061674-D which are stainless steel and can fit a span up to 3-7/8". These 3 locking pins are keyed alike so you will not have to keep track of multiple keys for the hitch as well as the receiver locking pins.
