The best exact fit hitch for your 2023 RAV4 is going to be the etrailer Hitch item # e23ZR. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Toyota with included hardware.
I really like the etrailer hitch because it has a flat matte black powder coated finish. This not only offers superior rust protection but it also blends in better beneath your RAV4 than other shining glossy ones. This is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver. It has a 4,000 lbs towing capacity, and a 600 lbs maximum tongue weight.

If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C56434 and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
