Hi Can you tell me the wire placement on a 7-way plug Thanks

Yes, the 7-Pin Round connector is wired differently than the 7-Way flat RV connector. I will list the typical heavy duty truck wiring connections inside the plug on the trailer side for you.

At the index guide for plugging the trailer end in to the vehicle end the pin directly below will be the ground connection.
Going clockwise the pin in the 1 o clock position is for 12 volt power
the pin in the 4 o clock position is the left turn signal and hazard
the pin in the 6 o clock position is the stop lamps
The pin in the 8 o clock position is the right turn signal and hazard
The pin in the 10 o clock position is the taillights
The Center pin is an auxiliary circuit

Remember when looking at the connector you are looking at the inside where the connections are made, not the where it connects to the vehicle or trailer.
