Is there any manufacturer of a bolt on gooseneck hitch that fits a cab/chassis F-350 2012 ?

You will need to use a universal hitch like either the B&W Turnoverball # BWGNRK1500 or Buyers Gooseneck Plate # 3373014981 on your 2012 Ford F-350 cab and chassis. The aftermarket manufacturers do not build a gooseneck kit specific to the cab and chassis as they are typically covered with either a flat bed, service bed or other aftermarket bed which all have different heights off the frame an are made from different materials.
The B&W is a great option as it allow for versatility by allowing for an Offset Ball # BWGNXA4085 or 5TH Wheel Hitch # BWRVK3050. But this will require fabricating a mount. The Buyers plate is 42" wide and will be easiest to install by welding directly to the frame without additional structure.
