The Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller part # 90195 is always what I recommend for motorhomes as it's a tried and true option that comes with multiple mounting choices for various locations on, under, or in the dash. It is very easy to use as well with little to no learning curve. In order to install this on a 2018 Forest River FR3 Motorhome, you'll just need the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter for Electric Brake Controllers part # 3035-P which makes for a plug-in install. The port is tucked under the dash next to the steering column but full disclosure, it takes a bit of searching to find so don't just expect to look under there for a few seconds and it hit you right in the face.
