I do have an under-bed rail kit solution for your 2023 Chevrolet Silverado 3500, however the Underbed Rails and Installation Kit for Reese Elite Series 5th Wheel and Gooseneck Trailer Hitches RP30852 you mention is not going to be a fit.
Instead, take a look at the Custom Underbed Installation Kit for B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # BWGNRK1020.
This under-bed kit is compatible with your truck, will provide a mounting point for the B&W Companion # BWRVK3400-5W, and when not in use, also doubles as one of the most recognizable gooseneck hitches on the market.
For a traditional puck-style mounting system, there unfortunately is not going to be an option that is compatible with your truck. I have also included an installation video for you to check out as well.
