Question:
I installed Eco controller. It was pairing. But now I can’t get a light on the controller when I plug it in to my Hyundai palisade

The Curt Echo item # C51180 will detect a power draw when you have it plugged into both your Palisade and trailer. It sounds like you got the solid blue light that shows you are connected to your phone but the Echo never switches to solid green showing the trailer is connected and your device is paired.
This is typically caused by a wiring issue on your trailer. You could have corrosion or debris on the connections, damaged wiring somewhere, or a faulty ground.
I recommend you start by checking your 7-way connector then working your way back looking for damaged wiring or a bad ground. The ground needs to be securely attached to a clean portion of metal.
If this does not fix the issue feel free to reach out and I will help you troubleshoot further.
