For your 2022 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon 392 you will want the Blue Ox Patriot item # BLU37TR. This is the correct model for your Jeep and will provide you with a portable supplemental braking system.

It is recommended to be used with the 12 Volt Outlet Kit item # RM-9332 but if you do not want to wire in another 12v port you can use the 12-Volt Extension Cord item # RM-9331 you referenced.

I have linked a couple of installation videos below.

I have also listed some other parts you will need to flat tow your Jeep along with any installation videos we may have. Please feel free to email with any further questions.

Tow Bar and Safety Chains - Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar item # RM-520 and item # RM-643

Base Plate Kit - Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms item # RM-521453-5. For factory steel or plastic bumper.

Wiring Harness - Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit item # RM-15267. If your Jeep has ParkSense Proximity Sensors then you will need the Roadmaster Wiring Kit with Smart Diodes for Variable Voltage LED Tail Lights # RM47ZR and the Roadmaster 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Kit # RM-146-7 instead.

High Low Adapter - The tow bar needs to be within 3" of level. If you measure the height of the inside top of the hitch receiver tube on your RV, and the height difference is more than 3 inches above/below the base plate tab height, you'll need a high/low adapter. I have linked a FAQ article that explains all this in more detail along with our selection of adapters.
