Ford would be the final authority on what the tongue weight towing capacity of your 2023 Ford Expedition would be but most likely it would be 920 lbs based on your total trailer weight. For a weight distribution that would work great with this capacity I would recommend the Reese Strait Line part # RP66084 which has a tongue weight range of 600-1,200 lbs and features best sway control at preventing sway before it starts.
A lot of times a weight distribution system allow the vehicle to have slightly higher towing capacities but only Ford can give you that figure if it's possible. It may be listed on the hitch of the vehicle as well. With a properly rated weight distribution system you would not also need an air bag kit as well.
