To connect the Hayes Syncronizer Trailer Brake Controller # HA81725 on your 2001 Ford F-150 with the factory tow package you will need the Wiring Adapter # HA81783-HBC. This adapter will connect to the controller and has the Ford factory connector on the other end for a plug and play connection.
