Best Way to Pack Trailer Bearings with EZ Lube Spindles
Question:
What is the correct way to relube an ezlube axle I had them all replaced along with the brakes 2 years ago. I havent used the trailer a lot but am heading off on a 6000 mile trip.

Expert Reply:
Greasing by hand is what we recommend instead of using the EZ lube fitting to pump in grease. Unfortunately its' too easy to overfill hubs with grease using the EZ lube fittings which then blows out the seal. LMX Red grease like the part # L11390 is a really great option that's heavy duty and waterproof. I attached a vid on packing hub bearings for you to check out as well.
