Recommended Gooseneck Trailer Hitch For 2023 GMC Sierra 2500 Without Factory Prep/Buck In Bed Hitch
Question:
What gooseneck hitch do you recommend using for my 2023 GMC Sierra 2500? It does not have the factory in bed holes.

I recommend installing the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1020 on your 2023 GMC Sierra 2500. This will fit either the 6-3/4' or 8' long bed without the factory prep/puck system in the bed. If you have a short bed you can use the 4" Offset Ball # BWGNXA4085 to gain some additional turning clearance with your trailers.
If you ever need to tow a 5th wheel you can use either the Fixed # BWRVK3500 or Slider # BWRVK3400 Companion 5th wheel hitch. These will drop into the square hole on the Turnover ball hitch and allow you to tow a 5th wheel up to 20,000lbs. The slider is recommended for short bed trucks to gain additional turning clearance when maneuvering the trailer in tight areas.
The Hopkins Endurance 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness # HM54FR will allow you to tee into your factory harness and provides you with a 7-way/4-way connector to fit into the factory cutout on the bed.
