Red Error Screen on Edge CTS2 Tuner with File Corrupted Message

My programmer flashed a message in red that files corrupted then goes blank

In regards to the now discontinued Edge CTS2 Performance Tuner, if you're having an issue installing a tune on the vehicle you'll want to revert the vehicle back to the stock tune and try again. If the issue persist you will first want to make sure you have the most up-to-date software which you can do by plugging the the handheld into a computer via the data link cable. If the issue still persists then there may be an issue with the file which would require assistance from the creator of said tune.
I have also attached for you below a troubleshooting section from the owner's manual as well as emailed a link of the instructions. If this does not help the issue you're having, please explain the problem in more detail but you may also possibly need to reach out to Edge directly if the issue is hardware related.
