The first thing you'll need is to determine what the correct axle is that you need. To do that you'd need to know the capacity of the axle, the distance between spring seats, and distance between hub faces. With that info we can see if we carry the axle you'd need or if you'd need to custom order one locally.

Next you need to consider that all of the current suspension hangers will need to be moved. Unfortunately you don't get to just add a third axle in front of or behind your current axles and instead you have to locate the center axle where your current middle suspension hanger is. This ensures you have them placed properly and tongue weight is correct for the weight of the trailer.

For a triple axle hanger kit that comes with all new components you'd want the part # APTT5. To pick out basically everything else though I need more info like axle capacity (previously mentioned) wheel bolt pattern, and current tire size.

You referenced a Timbren axle less system which you should note that these can't be used in triple axle configurations and can only be used at max with a tandem setup since there is no equalizer to distribute the weight to other axles when you hit a bump.
