Yes, the etrailer Invisible Base Plate Kit # e98948 will fit on your 2020 Jeep Gladiator Overland with adaptive cruise control. Unlike other vehicles Jeep placed all the sensors for the Gladiator behind your rearview mirror and not in the front bumper. You will need to ensure the etrailer XHD Non-Binding Tow Bar # e94ZR is within 3" of level from your tow vehicle to the front of your Jeep. Otherwise you will need an part like the 4" High-Low Adapter # RM-048-4 to level the bars. This particular adapter will allow you to raise or lower the tow bars 4" to get them within 3" of level.

The Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 includes the wiring needed to connect to the lights on your Gladiator, so they operate off your tow vehicle. It will also allow you to run the charge line which is included with the Brake Buddy Select 3 Portable Supplemental Braking System # HM39524. This will ensure the braking system does not drain your battery while flat towing.
