Is Loctite Required for RV Wheel Lug Nuts

Should I use Loctite 290 on my RV’s wheel lug studs and nuts?

In regards to trailer wheels and lug nuts, you should not be using any sort of thread locking compound such as Loctite. It's not needed and would make getting the wheels off for maintenance very troublesome. Instead, you would simply need to torque the lug nuts to the wheel specifications using a torque wrench like the 1/2" Drive Torque Wrench part # PTW3001C. I have attached for you below a wheel lug nut torque chart.
