Recommended Sliding 5th Wheel Hitch For a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 W/ A B&W Turnoverball

I have a BandW Gooseneck and I use the Demco 5th wheel adapter. Is there a way to also add a slider to the 5th wheel or is there another way to get that extra room in my shortbed truck?

It sounds like you're asking if there is a way to use a sliding 5th wheel hitch with your Demco 5th Wheel Base Rails Adapter for B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Hitches # DM6140.
Unfortunately, that is not going to be an option as sliding 5th wheel hitches are not compatible with this adapter. Instead, you're going to have to use the:
-B&W Companion Slider Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter # BWRVK3400.
This sliding 5th wheel hitch will fit directly into the existing B&W Turnoverball hole and will eliminate the need for an adapter.
Additionally, this hitch has a maximum towing capacity of 20,000-lbs, a vertical load limit of 5,000-lbs, and has 12" of travel from front to back for additional turning clearance.
