Roof Rack Recommendation to Carry Tandem Bikes on a 2018 Honda CR-V with Naked Roof

We have a “naked” 2018 Honda CR-V - what crossbar system would you recommend for mounting this Thule tandem rack? Can the crossbar systems handle 2 mounted racks for transporting multiple tandems? Thanks!
