To get replacement spacers for the Class I Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C55HR for your 2021 Kia Forte you'll need the whole replacement hardware kit found as part # RHK on our site. This gives you the bolts, nuts, spacers, zip ties, and fishwire needed for the installation.
The spacers aren't available individually but if you wanted to try getting some on your own here is their size - Square-hole spacer 1/4" x 1" x 3".
