Thanks for the picture! Yes, the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes item # TH903202 will accommodate two step thru e-bikes. The EasyFold fits both a 1-1/4" and 2" hitch. It has a 65 lbs per bike capacity. The independently detachable arms can be repositioned anywhere along the upright frame to hold your step thru e-bikes by the downtubes.
Aside from being compatible with your bikes, the EasyFold XT item # TH903202 is a great choice due to the available features. The included ramp allows you to load up and remove your bikes with minimal effort and the ramp conveniently stores within the rack so you don't have to worry about storage. The EasyFold also completely folds up and has wheels and a handle for easy transportation. Attaching the rack to your hitch is also easy as it tightens with a simple twist of a knob.
