Recommended RV Panel to Upgrade from 30 Amp to 50 Amp Service
Question:
Which unit should I purchase to change my 30 amp service to 50 amp. What breakers will I need to get?

It's pretty easy to pick out a new panel for a higher rated service, you just need to make sure you get the charge converter size correct. I recommend going with the same size that came with the trailer or was integrated into your old panel since this has more to do with load rather than the supply. That said, if you intend to upgrade your appliances you can go with a higher rated option.
The Progressive Dynamics RV Power Control Center part # PD4560K18LS8 is a good option for a 50 amp service and it comes with 60 amp converter. The AC side is designed to accept 12 branch circuits rated at 50 amps. The breakers are just standard ones you'd find at home improvement stores. In order to complete your setup you'll also need a new shore power inlet and cord, I recommend the Mighty Cord Replacement RV Power Inlet part # A10-50INBKVP and Mighty Cord RV Power Cord part # A10-5036EDBK.
I have attached our full panel selection below as well.
