Recommended Trailer Hitch Receiver and Wiring For a 2018 Lexus RX 350 L

I recommend using the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT84MR on your 2018 Lexus RX 350 L. The Curt Receiver # C13272 you found will not fit the RX 350 L only the RX 350. The Draw-Tite is only confirmed to fit models without a dual exhaust. I also prefer the Draw-Tite # DT84MR over the Curt # C13394 which does fit your Lexus as the Draw-Tite has the welded on tab to secure your trailer wiring.

If your Lexus has the factory trailer wiring you can use the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118252 otherwise you will need the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness # 119250KIT to get a 4-way connector. Then you will be able to use the Mounting Bracket # 18144 to secure it to the Draw-Tite receiver.
