Yes, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C96NR is confirmed to fit your 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee. This is a class III receiver rated for up to 750lbs of tongue weight and able to tow up to 7,500lbs. Be sure to check with your owners manual for your maximum towing capacity on your Jeep and do not exceed the lower of the 2 numbers.
The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C27BR will give you a 4-way flat connector. This will operate the lights on most small trailers as well as allow you to use Auxiliary Lights # C53201 if your hitch mounted accessory impairs the view of your tail lights.
The Curt Towing Starter Kit # C45534 will provide you with a 2" ball and mount you can secure in your receiver with either the pin and clip or lock set.
