Solution for Over Adjusted Never Adjust Brakes
Question:
Never worked with Nev R Adjust brakes before, over tightened them, now they are bound tight and are frozen to the shoe. How can you back them off?

If you can pull the hub off that is going to be the easiest way to adjust the brakes looser but if it's super tight that might be hard. Otherwise you would have to use a drum brake spoon like the part # W80630 to try and move the adjuster back to a looser setting. You'll have to work against the mechanism that tightens the brake automatically which can be challenging but it is possible.
