While the Buyers Products Fabricators Hitch Plate # 3371809027A does not carry a weight rating, their custom fit hitch plates are only rated for 20,000lbs. Since this is a fabrication kit you will be able to add more steel and additional mounting points to increase the hitch strength and be able to bolt on the Buyers Products 30 Ton Pintle Hook # 337PH30. I recommend having the plate fabricated and strengthened at a shop experienced in this work.
