Troubleshooting A Jensen AWM970 Stereo That Does Not Display The Menu On TV
Question:
My Jensen AWM970 player was put on PAL TV system and now I can. It get the menu to come back up on my TV to switch it back. How do I fix this?

There are a couple of things I recommend trying a factory reset if you have not tried already.
What you can first do is:
- Take a pin or paperclip and press the small reset button located above the Dolby Digital symbol at the bottom left corner on the faceplate.
Or
If that does not cure the problem, you can also attempt to preform a full power down, by disconnecting it from power for about 15 minutes.
Finally, if that does not solve your issue then it may be a better option to fully replace the unit with a new stereo. If you choose to go this route, the Jensen RV Stereo - Double DIN - AUX/USB, Bluetooth, jControl # JWM60A is a great choice that would serve as a nice upgrade, and measures 10-7/16" wide x 7" tall x 6-1/2" deep.
