Kwikee Electric RV Steps Won't Stay Extended with Switch Off

Kwikee Steps on Class A will not stay extended if parked. The switch is in the position for steps to stay extended. The steps move out when door is opened and move in as soon as the door closes.

It sounds like the control module has gone bad on your Kwikee Electric RV Steps as it is not sending the correct signal to the motor to keep the steps open with the switch off.
